Please take a minute to read the Free Board Posting Rules. They are simple, few and will help make everyone's experience enjoyable. • Nude Earth is an adults-only public nudity board. There will be no depictions of children or minors. • Nude Earth is a "no-spam" zone. Do not name, mention or allude to other adult websites on our freeboard. Also, do not start threads in the discussion section that contain links to other websites. • Do not, repeat do not, write negative comments on the picture posts. We do not answer emails about disabled accounts. • In general, here are the three main soft-core rules to remember: 1. No penetration of any sort, even with your own fingers. 2. No cum shots, including male, female and pre-cum. 3. No pictures of oral-to-genital or oral-to-anus contact.

• Materials must be posted in the appropriate section. • Do not start threads without pictures in the picture sections. However, you may post ads without pictures in the all-purpose "In Search Of" section.

• No telephone numbers, real names or addresses anywhere on our website. • All pictures and materials posted at nudeearth are required to be owned by the person posting them. It is unlawful for anyone other than the owner to copy or distribute them elsewhere in any manner or medium without the consent of the owner. Having permission to post a picture is not considered having ownership. Also, even if you own the pictures, you must have the permission and authorization of the persons in them before you post them. Don't stop now! Keep reading for guidelines on what has been determined to be "Sexually Explicit Conduct"!

SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONDUCT DEFINITION Our message free board does not allow the posting of any sexually explicit material as defined: ''sexually explicit conduct'' means -   (A) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;   (B) bestiality;   (C) masturbation;   (D) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or   (E) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person;

The following are examples of what should NOT be posted in the Free Section:       - Photos of sexually explicit conduct (see above for the definition).       - Photos depicting sexual acts with a "photo touch-up" blocking out the sexual act.       - The touching of penis to vagina, anus or mouth       - Oral-genital contact, even if you cannot see the insertion (mouth to groin area, etc.)       - Fingers, toys or objects inserted in anus or vagina       - Gyno pics, Gaping hole pictures, rule of thumb: if you can see "the pink" then it shouldn't be posted       - Pre-cum or any ejaculate, Cum shots, Pre-cum, Ejaculate       - A persons head buried in a naked woman's groin or buttocks area.       - photo's depicting violence       - heavy bondage, sadistic or masochistic abuse; - both arms and legs bound, head covered with limbs bound, etc

The following are examples of materials and subject matter that are STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on the site:    1.   Naming or mentioning other web site locations. ( We have paying sponsors. Please respect that by NOT soliciting on nudeearth.}    2.   The posting of URL's or ICQ numbers    4.   The posting of telephone numbers    5.   "Bathroom" pictures (depicting bodily functions)    6.   Child pornography or any discussions about under-age sex    8.   Advertisements    9.   Commercial photographs   10.   Photo's of illegal activities   12.   Do not advertise an email address that is different then the one you are registered with. A FEW LAST WORDS    The message board is not a forum to voice complaints. if you have a complaint or problem, just email the webmaster.    Objectionable pictures and objectionable or rude comments will be deleted. If you see material of this nature, please let the webmaster@nudeearth.com know as soon as possible.    We log the IP address of every person who visits the site and posts on the board.    The usernames of frequent rules and guidelines violators will be disabled. We do not answer emails about disabled accounts.    All posts in the free message sections are eventually archived to the members area. Once you post we are under no obligation to delete what you posted. And LAST, but not least....We hope you enjoy your experience on Nude Earth !
